CORONAVIRUS SAFETY GUIDELINES
During this heightened period related to Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to be as proactive as possible to ensure the health and wellness of our team members and guests.

What you can expect from us:

SALON SAFETY & POLICIES
-Every stylist at Le Rouge has become Barbacide Certified. We have the most up-to-date information on proper sanitization and disinfection.
-We have adjusted all our work schedules in order to comply with the 6ft social distancing order between all stylists and guests.
-All stylist are required to wearing mask and appropriate PPE.
-We are aware of and will be strictly observing all guidelines set forth by The California State Board of Cosmetology and Public Health, CDC.

What we respectfully ask of you:

SICK POLICY & RESCHEDULING
-We will not be accepting sick clients.
-If you are sick and/or have a cough, fever, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, we ask that you please stay home and call our salon to reschedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-All cancellation fees will be temporarily waived to ensure that the salon is a safe environment for other clients and staff members.
-Call the salon to cancel and we will help you reschedule your appointment to a later date.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
-Please arrive on time for your appointment and do NOT come directly into the salon as the waiting room is temporarily closed-- call or text the front desk when you arrive.
-We will be allowing for sanitization time in between clients.
-Upon arrival, we will take your temperature with a touchless thermometer and ask that you sanitize your hands.
-Do not bring anyone with you to your appointment, including children. This will allow us to maintain proper distancing.
-Please wear a clean mask at all times.
